Ingredients :

- 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt - 1/2 teaspoon of Nila

Instructions :

1. In a small bowl, mix the teaspoon of Nila Bleu powder with the two tablespoons of Plain Yogurt.
2. Stir well until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
3. Apply the mask to your clean face, avoiding the eye area.
4. Leave the mask on for about 15-20 minutes, until it dries.
5. Once the mask is dry, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Note : Use this mask once a week to avoid excessive use.
Adjust the quantity of Nila Bleu powder according to your preferences.
